Welcome to New Ormskirk Residents Group (NORG)
We are a non-political association of residents from Ormskirk and its immediate surroundings. We hold monthly meetings, which are always well attended, at which, through lively discussion is had, we air and share relevant views and concerns. We advise residents on procedures if they wish to make individual comment and representation and also as a Group we liaise with WLBC Officers and Planners plus Police and University Personnel over a variety of issues and concerns ranging from Town Centre redevelopment, traffic issues in and around the town, Park Pool, Planning applications, licensing of premises, late night anti-social behaviour.
Our annually elected committee (chosen by our wider membership who have attended over 50% of annual meetings) consists of Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Lay Member.
PLEASE NOTE! In order to be strictly impartial and non-political, residents who are also elected Councillors are welcome to attend, but only by invitation or application.
We meet every month usually the second Monday, currently we meet at the
Ormskirk L39 4QR.
Meetings start promptly at 7.00pm and finish by 9.00pm. If you would like more information, then do contact us via our feedback form on the right, you can also follow us on our facebook page by searching New Ormskirk Residents Group and please do contact us if you think there is any relevant Ormskirk issue that we can help with.

Communications will be in the strictest confidence!
